Superyacht Carpentry and Joinery Services

KRM Yacht provides carpentry and joinery services for superyacht refit and rebuild projects, covering interior joinery, teak deck works, and exterior woodwork. Scope includes repairs, renewals, and custom builds, with workshop fabrication and on-board installation planned to match the yacht’s existing design and yard period schedule.

Joinery works typically include cabinetry, wall and ceiling panels, doors, trims, and custom furniture. Teak deck scopes can include full replacement, localized repairs, and re-caulking, with attention to drainage, seams, and finishing details. Exterior woodwork often covers brightwork restoration, varnish renewals, and custom exterior pieces where required.

Work is approached through measured site checks, templates when needed, controlled fabrication, and clean installation. The aim is consistent fit and finish, durable detailing in high-use areas, and clear scope definition to avoid rework during the refit period.

A refit quotation starts with three things: her main dimensions and lifting displacement, the worklist as it stands today, and the weeks you want her back in service. Send those to our project team through the quote form. Our project team reads the worklist, tells you what we would want to survey on board, and comes back with a first read on the work and the weeks. The quotation and the schedule to redelivery follow once she has been surveyed and the worklist is agreed.
