KRM Yacht is Türkiye’s first and only professional facility specialized only in superyacht refit and rebuild with 15 years of experience and more than 200 delivered all type of projects. It has fully-equipped in-house workshops and highly skilled team specializing in all aspects of refit with over 100 full-time employees including project engineers, naval architects and craftsmen.
The main facility is located in Tuzla/Istanbul, one of the world’s largest maritime industries, which helps to provide fast and high quality services with unlimited access to all type of materials, most qualified subcontractors, venders, distributors and authorized services while becoming a center of attraction for captains and crew, with Türkiye’s rich and diverse tourism opportunities, especially in Istanbul, the bridge between Europe and Asia.

In this manner, we are proud to have a project management and development team consisting of marine engineers, naval architects, and captains. In addition to this team, we have professional in-house service teams and qualified subcontractors on each aspect of the project. These subcontractors and craftsmen were carefully handpicked at the time of our foundation and, over the years, have become trustworthy partners who have proven their dependable services.
