LRQA, a leading international certifying body, awarded the certifications, demonstrating KRM Yacht’s unwavering commitment to upholding the highest standards in all its operations.

Membership in ICOMIA Superyacht Refit Group
In another notable achievement, KRM Yacht has been admitted as the first Turkish member of the prestigious ICOMIA Superyacht Refit Group. ICOMIA (International Council of Marine Industry Associations) represents top-tier superyacht refit and repair facilities worldwide, and KRM Yacht is now one of only 10 facilities globally to join the elite group.
Securing this membership followed a rigorous one-year evaluation, which included client references, facility inspections, and thorough documentation reviews. The process confirmed KRM Yacht’s adherence to the high standards set by ICOMIA for excellence in the superyacht refit industry.

Türkey’s largest travel lift begins assembly
KRM Yacht has started assembling Turkey’s biggest travel lift, capable of lifting 900 tonnes, at its advanced facility. Featuring cutting-edge technology and a robust design, this equipment is set to transform the Turkish superyacht industry. Early images show the integration of its powerful, Italian-imported wheels. Once operational, the lift will be the largest and most advanced in Türkey, capable of handling superyachts up to 70 meters (230 feet) with exceptional precision. Expected to be fully operational by October, this development will enhance KRM Yacht’s capacity for complex refit projects and further solidify its industry leadership.
